enTECH Lecture Series 2019

Please note: Lecture 7 (November 21), Lecture 8 (November 28), and Lecture 9 (December 5) will be held in M3 1006.

EnTECH will be holding the first annual enTECH Lecture Series in the Fall 2019 term, a weekly series of nine lectures aimed at a general undergraduate and graduate audience starting Thursday, October 3rd. Each lecture will be around 1 hour long, starting at 5:45 PM, and refreshments will be provided. If you attend six of the nine lectures, you will receive the enTECH Geriatric Technology Certificate in recognition of the time you spent learning about older adults, technology and their intersection.

Please note there will be no lecture on October 17th, which falls in the Fall Reading Week.

These lectures are open to everyone, and there is no cost to attend. We especially welcome students interested in careers where you may interact with and design for older adults, including future clinicians, researchers and engineers.

EnTECH gratefully acknowledges the financial support of the Applied Health Sciences Endowment Fund, the Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association and the Network for Aging Research for making the enTECH Lecture Series possible.
